Finding Dana to help us out with our remodel project was the best thing to happen to us and our home. He is very patient, honest, cares, and goes above and beyond. He is excellent at coordinating engineering, architects, inspectors, and contractors and making sure that we're satisfied. It also helps that he know everyone in the industry good and bad I'll always go back to Dana for future work....

Dana Ansell is someone I trust for expert knowledge and excellent communication (like none other I've experienced). His honest up front approach is invaluable. He let me know exactly what the project extent would involve and how to get the job done right the first time. He took the time to educate me on the steps involved. We purchased our first home last year and it turned out to be quite a nightmare. We were not only left with a multitude of problems, we were left not being able to trust anyone. We contacted Dana several months ago to help us troubleshoot our issues and we shortly learned that there still are honest people out there. Dana patiently listened to our problems over the phone and started to give us advice. After his initial visit, he provided an extremely detailed report of his findings highlighting everything he did during his inspection. Since then, he has worked diligently with us to resolve our issues. He promptly returns our calls & emails and we never feel that we are burdening him. His crew is polite and friendly and they finish their quality work on time and they don’t leave a mess. Dana has proven to us that he is truly looking out for the best interest of his clients. We have already & will continue to highly recommend Dakini.

Dana went beyond the call of duty in advising me concerning my backyard hill which was pounded by recent heavy rains. This is the first home that I bought so I was naive as to advice and who to turn to. Dana was extremely patient in answering all of my questions. He gave me a lot of his time despite the fact he was very busy with other projects. I can't say enough how impressed I was with his honesty and integrity. It is very evident his combined superb professional knowledge and high ethical standards. He is definitely the best of the best.

I have been an electrician in the construction industry for 20 years. I have worked with many different contractors in that time, but none that I would recommend as highly as Dakini Engineering.
