Bought a 2012 Compass there two years ago and had a great experience. Flash forward and I went in for a 2014 Journey. They told me they had found the one I wanted and brought it in from out of state. That took nearly a week. I gave them some slack on it because it had been a holiday weekend. When I went to look at it, someone had spilled something all down the driver's door. I got told it would be cleaned up. They were clear it did not have remote start on it as I wanted and told me it would be installed. Everything else I asked for was supposedly there. Left it there for TWO DAYS so the remote start could be handled. Settled on a pick up time, now more than a week later. Went to pick it up and spent two hours with them just trying to pick up a vehicle I had already signed paperwork on. Got told the remote start hadn't been done yet. Why not? Oh, we didn't realize we didn't have everything. Went to leave with it, FINALLY, and found out there was no nav and no back up camera as I was told. WTH? Went in again and asked. Got told "Oh, it just needs to be activated." Left it there AGAIN and was told they would call me first thing the next morning after everything had been done. Waited until afternoon, still no call. Went up there to be told that they couldn't do anything yet and that it would be another WEEK before. Mind you, I paid for this vehicle 10 days prior to this. I left with the keys to my Compass again.

I purchased a 2013 Ram 1500 Truck from the dealer on 8/14/2013. They did not have the truck that we wanted on the lot, so they were going to get it from a dealer in Blueridge, GA. That fell through for some reason, so they got a truck from South Carolina. The truck that I ordered was to have vinyl seats and flooring, and was delivered with carpeting and cloth seats. Also, we had a "We Owe" document from the dealer for installation of running boards and integrated Bluetooth to be put into the truck. The "We Owe" was for $1899.00. The running boards cost 755.00 installed, which left $1144.00 for the integrated Bluetooth. The Bluetooth that they put in the truck was a cheap after market part that is not integrated with the vehicle, and does not work properly. The cost for the inoperable Bluetooth that was put in the truck was significantly less than the $1144.00 that remained on their "WE OWE" document. Also, the activation switch for the Bluetooth is on the passenger side of the vehicle, which would pose a safety hazard if used by the driver. I have contacted the dealer numerous times and left messages and calls are not returned. I have also contacted the corporate office and they have not been of much help. I went to the dealership to speak with the GM Mr. Robbie Peppers on 9/9/13. After a long wait and a threat to call the police Robbie agreed to reimburse me $900.00 and to schedule to have American Radio re-locate the activation switch. Still not working.

I went to Dallas Dodge/Jeep for a paint defect in a Jeep that was 10 months old, and had 1900 miles on it. Peter and his service representatives took pictures of the defect and sent it into Chrysler. Chrysler denied the repairs because the pictures were not clear enough(it is difficult to take pictures of a clean, black Jeep).I asked Chrysler/Jeep to reconsider the warranty repair and they sent Anthony Hardy, the Regional Manager, out to the dealership to look at my vehicle, and he denied it stating environmental fall out. Did I happen to mention that the Jeep was 10 months old, and had around 1900 miles on it?? By the way, the Jeep was garaged. I escalated my complaint to the Chrysler/Jeep warranty manager in Detroit. Peter was very instrumental in making contact with them on my behalf, and taking calls to guarantee that the company knew that this was a warranty issue. In the end, my repair was completed at Dallas Dodge and was covered as a warranty repair. Peter and his team were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and courtesy, and I will not take my Jeep to any other dealership. The body shop was fantastic to work with. Thanks for all of your due diligence that resulted in a very satisfied and loyal customer!!!

Classic bait and switch. Was lied to to get me in, don't know where the lying would have stopped. I saw the vehicle I wanted online, then called to confirm it was there. Kim, after putting me on hold for a couple of minutes congratulated me (literally) on the fact that it was still in stock. When I got there, salesman Richard told me it wasn't there. They acknoweldged that it hadn't 'just been sold' as I was expecting them to say. Kim knew I had to travel across town to be there. She blamed it on their 'customer service' manager Kendrick (KB) who told her it was in stock. I confronted him with the situation and he had no excuses. Just said they would try to find what I was looking for and give me a call back. 2 hours later, I'm back home with only a reminder of how not to do business to show for it.

Service department lied to my face. I was told I needed $1000 worth of repairs to replace 3 parts-2 rear wheel sensors and the ABS module. I asked them to print the diagnostic codes for me to see. The codes pointed to only the left rear wheel sensor, which my husband bought for $14 and replaced himself. The codes cleared and my Jeep was fixed. Don't trust Dallas Dodge for repairs!

This was the best customer service experience I have ever had with a vehicle. Ryan was friendly and matter-of-fact with each of my requests and fulfilled every step of the checklist. I felt completely at ease (partly because of my free Cadillac loaner) leaving my truck all day because they're just like family (the kind you get along with). Jeremy in the Collision Center heard in my voice that I was at my limit with the other repairs and straightened my bent bumper beautifully for less than $200 with the frame stretcher machine! "Will Smith" at the Hertz counter was a hoot, and to sum it up: I drive right past- and 3 times as far as- another 5 Star Dodge dealer to reach my friends at Dallas Dodge. They are worth it!

I have a 15 year old Honda and I had a minor accident. The other driver's insurance paid me their low ball estimate which included painting and blending in the affected area. I asked this shop not to paint figuring I could live with a couple scratches. There was only 2 minor scratches that they couldn't fix and they weren't as bad as some shopping cart mishaps in other parts of the car. They did a good job and I got to pocket the extra insurance money.

Customer Service was good, the management team pulled a fast one and switched out my purchase for a base model to increase their profit. Chrysler was no help in making the dealership make good on the transaction.

Just bought a car there and had to take to their service department the next day. The manual transmission failed to shift gears and the dealership refused cover it. I even offered to pay for half of the repairs. They kept the car for five days. Went to pick the car up and after two miles had to take it back as it was not driveable.Sales department is very suspect.Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Buyer beware.

Went in to look at a Ram truck and got the run around. Called back to see if a truck that we found online was still there and set an appointment to see the truck and when we got there the internet salesman had left even though we had made an appointment and the truck was no where to be found. I would not walk away from this car dealer I would run. Definitely shaddy.

Nothing spectacular. The usual pressure by the service writers to have unnecessary repairs done and the usual high dealer service prices. No effort to explain costly repairs, when you come to pick up your vehicle, unless you hunt down the service writer. Service manager did not want to pay for warranty repairs, until I finally threatened him with consumer advocate and legal action. Even then, no apology offered. Service writer finally offered a free car wash as a lame apology. Don't leave your vehicle overnight, as I had a cargo accessory stolen from my truck which I left in their lot overnight.

I have not had experience with the Sales but use DAllas Dodge for all service on my vehilce and completely satisfied. They are courtesy, knowledgeable and don't try to rip you off on things not wrong with your vehicle - in fact, if you don't need something done, they will tell you. Very honest and caring employees. Use them, you can't go wrong.

Traded in a car, and bought a used PT Cruiser. Started out with Sue in the internet dept. Jordan then took over, and we negotiated a fair deal. Had a problem the next day, found the service dept to be wonderful, and again, a fair deal on the repair. Would absolutely recommend.

I am a big research guru, especially when it comes to cars. When I purchased my Mazda from Dallas Dodge as a used car I knew the deal wasn't fabulous but I loved the car anyway. They tried to hassle me by telling me directly "well if the price isn't for you then the car isn't for you" which was appalling. The financing process took forever (as always) then the paperwork was rushed through 3 different managers who do not usually deal with finalizing the paper work because someone decided to leave work early. I had an icky feeling about the place not too long into the deal but I went against my gut(wish I hadn't).The car ended up being a lemon, and when my mechanic called them to tell them the problem was from pre-purchase and that they actually could have caused the problem, they refused to do anything until I threatened an attorney. Also the title confusion was madness. This place is just not put together well, although the people that work in the sales department (online specifically) sure think they are. My advice on New or Used cars is to look online and research first or trying visiting Roswell Toyota because my experience with them was wonderful all around.

I purchased a 300 Touring from Team Chrysler, which had the best deal. Took it in for 1st oil change less than 4000 miles later to Dallas Dodge, near my home. There was 1 drop of oil on the dipstick. Then followed a very frustrating 6 months with Team Chrysler resulting in no change in excess oil consumption. After giving up on them, I brought the car back to Dallas Dodge to see if they could help. End of story, they got a new engine with new heads put in under warrantee. 3 months later all is fine. Thanks go to Martin & Bill.
