Damon's All American Pizza Pie

I was at work and wanted a salad and called Damon's and ordered a salad and some fries. I asked that the salad have no onions or tomatoes in it and they said that was fine. I also asked if they could bring some ketchup for the fries again they said they could. Well an HOUR after I called my food was still not here. So I called back the lady who answered the phone asked what I needed I told her I made an order an hour ago and t was not here yet, she took my information and said they were behind that night and it would be the next one out, If I needed it sooner I could come get it. I told her I was at work and could not leave. Well she was like it will be there is 5 minutes, because the driver was leaving now with my order. I work a minute away from them but it took 30 minutes for my food to come even after I called. I would have been ok with it if my food was good. I opened my salad and it was loaded with onions and tomatoes, I had a tiny bit of lettus and it said it had eggs in it but had NONE, I asked for chicken and got two tiny bites of chicken, No dressing either even though I asked for extra. On top of that my fries tasted like they sat for 2 hours before they brought them to me they were soggy and cold. No ketchup to make it worse. I could NOT enjoy my food and ended up calling a different pizza palce. I have not ordered there since. I have also gotten a pizza in the past and it was not fully cooked when I called them to let them know they said there was nothing they could do about it unless we paid for a new pizza.

we went in to order our food because we werent sure what we wanted, waitied 10 minutes at the counter while everyone else was laughing in the back, finally a girl came and took the order, when we went back to pick it up we asked if tomatoes came on our order, very rude and cocky the lady replied ""only in the sauce"" we paid and got in our car to leave, the same lady was flippin us off as we drove past the window, with 3 other employees standing around, very disrespectful and uncalled for! You dont flip anyone off regarless what happened!

At 9pm I ordered, they said 30 min I waited until 10, I was looking out the window and standing on the porch! At 10:10 I called. The girl said the driver tried to deliver the food ""several times"" with no answer and had even called. Funny, I have caller ID. The girl said, ""well you can come pick it up if you want"" EXCUSE ME?! I asked if the driver knocked on the door?, and if she rang the doorbell, the girl said yesnever asking the driver. was she was delivering to the wrong house? but, I could come pick it up if I still wanted it !!!! I DO NOT THINK SO! I WILL NOT ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN. I also work at a large local company,where I hung damon's menu on the board, guess what, I took it down and we won't be ordering from Damon's!...
