Great service! Super Informative!
Scott came out to our future home and did a great inspection. He really took the time to explain his findings. I also enjoyed the fact that he also took time to show my son how things worked (Gabe still is talking about you!). Thank you for an informative and consise report and this is really helping us on this new journey of purchasing a first home. :)

Quick, thorough, and efficient inspection.
Scott was quick to respond to our initial inquiry and provided a thorough inspection that identified issues that we did not observe during home walk through. Report was provided to us quickly allowing us to move along with the home owning process. Would highly recommend using Scott.

Believe the Reviews
Scott lives up to his 5 Star rating. He was very thorough in his recent inspection of a 13 year old home we are purchasing and was extra mindful of a few issues I had told him about in advance. When a potentially serious structural issue was found that required an engineer to look at he actually called one who he knew that had examined another home in the same neighborhood for their opinion. Scott goes the extra step to make sure you aren't buying a lemon!

Professional Service
I trusted the reviews and wasn't disappointed. Scott was prompt and accommodating with the appointment. Spent 3+ hours searching for problems and gave a thorough report which allowed me to effectively negotiate with the seller. His price included the heat scan and termite inspection - others charge an additional $100+ for this. Great job!
