Terrible customer service
After talking with a person for a half an hour on the phone trying to get a replacement mat for our trampoline, I thought we'd found the place to buy. So I drove about 15 miles to the place, just to be thwarted by their person behind the counter. He told me I had to bring the mat down there, something they didn't even mention on the phone. He was sort of rude, treated me like I was dumb because I didn't know the exact spring size (another thing they did not mention on the phone), and basically seemed like I was bothering him. I decided right then and there to find a different company to buy the replacement mat from. I figured in this economy, a large purchase such as this would be welcome from businesses, but not here.
