great programs for kids
we are not regulars here - b/c the classes we wanted were full, my daughter only got to participate as a "drop in"
However, their kids yoga and dance programs are the best in the area - according to many parents in the n'hood who have tried more than one studio. The place is modest, but the kids love it.
the kids' yoga is a great intro to yoga for the younger ones, and their dance groups produce beautiful performances.
