I've used Daniel's for over 50 pieces in the past year and I am never disappointed. The work is great, communication is excellent as well, and the lead time is just as good as anywhere else....if not faster. I love Daniel's Southern Decorators! I wish there were more places this friendly and easy to work with in Atlanta! I also appreciate local and owned businesses in our area :)

I've known this shop for a long time and have had many pieces done by them. Their work is exquisite each and every time and was ready when promised. The only thing that may have delayed a job was shipment of fabric which most times is out of their control. Sometimes a piece of furniture will be found to have defects and disrepair on the inside when the fabric and padding is removed. If after breaking the chair down, flaws to the inner frame was found, I was notified and explained to about the matter. I decided whether or not I could afford the extra cost to repair. I would definitely not only recommend this shop, but use them in the future for my decorating needs.

This is the Owner of Daniels Southern Decorators and I love what I do. I have come upon a review from silvergirl who says she was not pleased with my work. And she goes on saying that 2 chairs were cracked. I was very surprised that she thinks I knew of the cracks. Daniels Southern Decorators has a person who is in charge of quality control and if they notice anything that may not be to his/her satisfaction we always correct it. We also refinish furniture and if any chairs have any marks or scratches we always touch them up and it wouldn't have taken much effort to fix silvergirls chairs. Our employees are master craftsmen and I only hire people with over 10 years experience. I want to apologize to silvergirl because I need to give her the benefit of the doubt. I don't recall this customer or even having an issue of a broken chair. I wanted to at least add my comment because I care about my company's reputation and I need for my customers to trust me with anything from a pillow to a antiques. Thanks for taking the time to read my comment.

I had 2 chairs re-covered and they look fine. Not great but fine. However, as I was loading the chairs into my car I noticed that a BIG crack in a main part of the chair. When I asked what happened Fernando, the owner, said that in removing the tack strip they has cracked the frame of the chair. I LOVE these chairs and I am not sure I will be able to fix them. However, accidents do happen. The fact that Fernando did not disclose the incident and offer to make ammends of some sort smacks of dishonesty in my book. I regret that I did not drive to Roswell and have the chairs done by a recommended group.
