They would not honor my discount because I did not have the card present at the time of service. They send out thousands of these cards each month in the hopes of drawing in business & when they get it, They fail to provide any customer service ! How about this... Lower your price & stop playing stupid games with customers & discount cards.

Danny's car wash took forever to wash my truck, left fingerprints everywhere and broke off my factory antenna, causing it to scratch my truck. So, after being lectured by one of thier managers about how it wasn't thier resposibility because there was a sign that said so, they made me fill out an incident report that after multiple attempts, was never handled by anyone.
