Ok, here's the dealI was in the process up upgrading a computer system and lost the primary and backup drives. If it wasn't for John and his expertiseI would be OUT OF BUSINESS!!! Not only was this affordable he got me back up and running AS USUAL in 24 hours. I'm not talking about a good bit of datahe got everything back the way it was orignially, 250gig about 30,000 files. Our company has used Jon’s computer repair services for over well over 15 years. Over this time he has retrieved data from numerous hard drives for us. The service has always been professional, fast and inexpensive.

When a company computer server hard drive goes down it’s a very serious matter. The whole office shuts down and much time is lost. If it’s ever happened to you I’m sure you’d agree that it’s very frustrating and can create a great deal of anxiety. “I haven’t backed up in over a month. What if I can’t get my data back? This could set me back for months.” Those were the thoughts that went through my mind when it first happened to me.

Lucky for me I knew who to call. Now I don’t even worry when it happens as I know that Data Savers will have me back in business in a hurry.

I have had the pleasure of using Data Savers twice. On the first occasion, I left my Mac G-5 to be repaired. Within hours, I received a phone call informing me that the problem with my Mac would be covered by an extended Apple warranty on a product defect. The honesty and integrity of this fine company saved me hundreds of dollars when they could have easily kept the repair for themselves.

On the second occasion, I brought my MAC G-4 in for replacement of a bad disk drive and recovery of the data on the defective one. Within several days the data was recovered and the drive replaced--all at a very reasonable price.

When I experienced trouble using the recovered email file, I brought the MAC back and Data Savers was able to rebuild the file and make it usable as if nothing had happened.

These are honest, experienced, and highly competent people, and I would recommend them to anyone with a problem Macintosh or needing to have data recovered on any platform.
