The firm practices general civil litigation. Areas of practice include general tort litigation, personal injury, medical malpractice, other professional malpractice, premises liability, products liability, automobile and other vehicular accidents, fraud and deceit, libel and slander, conversion, assault and battery, malicious prosecution,false imprisonment, discrimination in employment, and civil rights. One area of concentration is in wrongful circumcision and other genital injury cases. We also do general business litigation including breach of contract, fraud, and the like. We have extensive experience in college and university disputes and in divorce litigation. Mr. Llewellyn is also a trained mediator and is willing to mediate the settlement of all civil disputes.
