Robert Davis is very difficult to work with. I am not sure why he even wanted my roofing job as he was angry and unpleasant the entire time he was here. His final cost increased by 10%. When I wanted him to drop by to check on why the roof creaked when it didn't before and to look at air bubbles forming on the torch down he was angry, unpleasant or didn't bother to even answer my concerns.

I was told that someone needed to be home when Robert showed up for repair estimate. Took the time off work. He was already 30 or so late so I called to see what his ETA might be so I could let my office know what was going on. Left message . He returned call informing me that I did not need to be home for a new roof estimate. Wrong. Repair is the job. He told me that he did not have my phone number. I provided two. I understand that he was frustrated with the job that he was doing and a home with no roof is more important than a repair estimate especially with rain coming. Why he thought it was OK to take out his frustration on me I have no idea. I followed my instructionsl Be home. Maybe he does good work. But attitude gets you through the door. I was in tears when I was calling another co. to replace his spot in the bid process. The person at the other co. asked me what was wrong I briefly explained and they told me to report him and then asked the name of the company. I believe in Karma. Maybe he does good work. But why should I or anyone have to deal with that attitude.
