I was surprised to read the other review here, and feel like I need to speak up. Dr. Dayamani is a terrific doctor. I suppose her bedside manner is a little more business-like than coddling, but she is very thorough in her work and very communicative. If you have 100 questions, she will gladly field them all. I have never had a doctor follow up with me the way Dr. Dayamani does, and she calls me personally to discuss test results and such. (I'm diabetic.) The bottom line is you should seek out a skilled, smart, effective doctor who will work hard to keep you in the best possible health. Dr. Dayamani has been that to me.

The Emory Healthcare website said she practiced hormone replacement therapy. Dr. Dayamani would not even discuss it with me, since I am 58 years old. She recommended hysterectomy for recurrent fibroid problem vs balancing hormones naturally. Big disappointment and big waste of my time. Dr. Dayamani's bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired. I was charged $400+ for first visit. - DJH
