I called Dayco to service my furnace and they were able to make an appointment the next day. The pilot light was constantly going out and it was not running well. After inspecting, I was shown that I needed a new one. Bob, the tech, showed me the cracks in my old furnace and the singed wires (fire hazard). Not surprising from a 30+ year old unit. They were able to make the appointment the next day. Both times they were there right when they said they’d be. The price I was quoted was very fair and probably less than many comparable companies would offer. I’m guessing with the improved efficiency, it’ll pay for itself eventually, but have not gone through enough billing cycles yet to compare. The guys that came out were friendly and got right to work. When they completed, they showed me the upgrades they made from the old one. As they were wrapping up, Dean, the owner came out to the house to take a look at the work and to say hello. He seems like a genuinely good guy that takes pride in his company doing good work. I would recommend his company to anyone and have done so with friends and neighbors already.

dean yarrington and his staff are truely honest, caring and sincere people. only hvac business who really care about helping people cool and warm their homes without making a hugh profit. if you are looking for someone to service your ac/heating unit without getting ripped off i strongly recommend Dayco Systems.

Dean, the owner of Dayco, is a refreshing individual to deal with. After talking to and receiving numerous proposals on replacing my 2 heat pump systems it was an easy decision to decide to go with Dayco. Dean discussed my options and suggested three different plans and prices to choose from.
All were "upfront" and simple. Unlike all the other proposals. He and his crew did the work in a very professional and timely manner. He has certainly gained my trust, respect and return business! Nothing beats having the owner personally involved in meeting his customer's needs.

Dean is wonderful. He came through for me when another company was really jerking me around. His price is good, he know's what he is doing and I trust him. I will never use anybody else again.

1st time I ever called them was 3:00PM on Saturday - Outside temp was 95, Upstairs was 85F and climbing. The owner gave me a couple of things to check over the phone - didn't work. He sent one of his technicians between appointments. Technician fixed the issue in 15min. Was very professional and courteous. Service call was very reasonable and compared to the circumstance could have been much higher. It's nice to see companies that put service and integrity first. Will definately be contacting them for a service contract.
