Days Auto Auction

I have been to many auctions but this one by far is the worst! They don't announce problems with the cars and if you try to arbitrate the vehicle they say we don't have arbitration rules here you signed a binding contract if you don't pay you will go to jail!! The whole auction is shady and the management is extremely rude! Any other auction that I have been to announces when there are major issues on vehicles and if they fail to announce it then you can get out of the contract! Very Dishonest auction they are only looking out for themselves!!!!

I sold my vehicle and there was not a current emissions on it so they had to run the emissions first thing the next morning. It passed they contacted the buyer and he said he changed his mind. I had already signed the title and all the paperwork and days auto auction did nothing. I have my vehicle back now and a signed title. BEWARE IF YOU SALE A VEHICLE HERE IT IS NOT A DONE DEAL!! THEY CAN BACK OUT.
