The current Owner of Dean's has worked on my three cars for 12 years. He's not the least expensive shop in town, but I've never been misled about a necessary repair, or the cost of a repair, and I have never...ever... had to make a return visit for the same repair. Once Dean's fixes it... it's fixed.

I have only been to the shop a handful of times but every time I go there i get honest diagnostics with fair prices. They have only recommended what I really need fixed on my car not just fluff to make more money. I recommend this shop to all my friends and I recommend this shop to you!

It is no longer the high quality expected, the new owners are not keeping the same standards. When my roommate's 80-something year old mother needed her car checked, he took it in, and lo and behold they called *her* not *him* as the real Deans knew to do, to the tune of $2500. When he went in and started going over that bill, he got three items down and "Oh gee, we put that on there twice!". Cute. Real cute. We will no longer be going there. He and his mother had gone there since the 60's, but no more. Use at your own risk.

We are sorry to hear of your concerns. We at Deans Auto Repair always strive to deliver service and value beyond the client's expectations. For the record "he" the son dropped off his mom's car for repair stating that he would be out of touch and to contact mom. Since we have been servicing the family's vehicles for more than 30 years it was not a problem for us to do so. After the approval and repair process the son came to our shop to pick up the car, while we were going over the bill with him an oversight was found. We corrected the invoice on the spot and apologized as we were transitioning into some new software. Mom and the entire family continue to have their vehicles serviced here to this day. Deans Auto Repair is family owned and operated and has been at the same location for 60 years. I would also like to mention that the "Real" Dean retired in 1975. Thank you for an opportunity to set the record straight.
This is the only auto repair place that has ever been honest enough to tell me I didn't need something done to my car when I thought I did. Because I had bought my car used and only had it for a year, I didn't know the repair history. They could have easily charged me $200 for a service I didn't need but chose not to. Plus, I have never been to a more friendly place. They will keep getting my business.
