I offer a compassionate ear, an active presence, and many years of experience to help you get back on track so you can start creating the life you really want.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 30 years of experience. My commitment to you is to provide a safe, supportive environment for you to explore the issues that bring you to this work. Together we can unravel old patterns and choices you have made that no longer serve you and replace them with new choices and behaviors that more fully express who you really are.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor using talk and body psychotherapy in my practice. I am certified in The Rubenfeld Synergy Method, a style of psychotherapy integrating body, mind and spirit, and in The Integrative Process Method, an energy based style of psychotherapy that integrates body, mind and spirit.
