Great place to service your Mercedes Benz. What an awesome experience. It's hard not to rave about it. Friendly staff and very service oriented. No hidden fees, no up sells. In fact, their professionalism and integrity really showed when I was explained that 2 out of the 3 services recommended by the "premier" Mercedes service shop in town were not needed at all. Impressive!!! Mechanics are well trained and genuinely care for your vehicle. Minor interior cosmetic items were repaired at no cost simply because they thought it was the right thing to do. Talk about anticipating your needs and going the extra mile. Prices are very competitive and the people are an absolute joy to work with. Hands down the best shop that has ever worked on my S Class.

I was desperate to find a good MB mechanic in the Las Vegas area because I was taking mind back to L.A. every few months. I ran into this repair facility on a customer appointment. The facility was small, but the technicians really know their stuff. I was very impressed with Pat, the one that service my vehicle. Not only was he knowledgeable about cars, he is also very down to earth. Although I wish their price is somewhat competitive. I am definitely going back to service my car at 120k with Decatur MBZ. Ask for Pat or the guy with tats covering his arms. Don’t let the age fool you.
