My sweet 20 yr old doggy Boo had to be put down today. I was very sad and could not handle the arrangements. So my husband called to take care of everything. We had her appointment scheduled for 5:30... they told my husband they did not pick up after 4:00. And she would have to be picked the next day. I was not leaving my baby there overnight because they couldn't find it in their hearts to pick up a 20 yr old dog that I've had since she was 6 weeks old a little past their normal time. So what was a hard day was made worse because we had to move up her appointment by two hours. Then I didn't want to leave my baby until they showed up to get her. And the driver called and said he was going to be an hour late. So they cost me two more hours with my baby and was late getting there. The vets office was busy and they needed the room so I ended up having to leave her anyway. I am so crushed!!VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »
we have had them take care of three of our dogs, the first two, at their chamblee location and there were wonderful, we took our third one to the douglasville location, a very, very big mistake - the... caring and personal service wasn't there and we were not informed of everything we needed to know - when i called to find out why we didn't get what we expected, we were told that isn't included with this purchase and i can't find your old records, our beloved golden died yesterday and a neighbor recommened Dream Land Pet in Kennesaw, and it was a wonderful experience, under the circumstances, they stayed late for us to get her there and didn't rush us at all - if the need ever arises again, Dream Lane is our choice.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

I have, unfortunately, had to use their services more than a couple of times and each time has been very good. I was always treated with respect and I felt comfortable leaving my pets aftercare up to them. I have referred many people to them and have never heard anything but good things. These are nice people.
They understand that those in need of their services are in a period of grief and they are very caring and respectful
They were very respectful. Service was quick and professional.
Anyone and everyone who has ever had a pet - dog or cat has had to face the inevitable loss of their best friend. What do you do - who do you call? I have had several occasions to call on the fine people at Deceased Pet Care. They offer burial and crematory services, caskets and urns, and monuments. They are literally a full service funeral home for pets. The people at Deceased Pet Care genuinely care about you and your loss. They treat you and your pet with the utmost respect. Shoudl your pet pass away at home, they will come to your house and gently take your furry friend away - respectfully. THere is an after hours call number. If your pet dies at the vet's they offer a pick-up service there. Should you opt to have your pet creamated, you may choose to pick up the cremains at the Deceased Pet Care location or they will deliver the cremains to your vet. Prices for these services vary depending upon the weight and size of your pet. I have entrusted several of my dogs and cats to Deceased Pet Care and I have never been disappointed. Willy B. of Zoo Atlanta fame was cremated at Deceased Pet Care. I am happy they are there - even though I always hope I will never have to call them.
I never thought a pet funeral home would be as nice as is was.....very helpful
My 18 year old cat died recently and wanted to have her cremated and they were very kind to do all they did. They picked her up at the vets office and all the conversation was done by phone and credit card and Baby Kitty was sent to me in the mail in a few days. They sent a nice note a few days later.
Very courteous understanding staff - where your grief for your pet is understood and appreciated
Several times now Deceased Pet Care has taken care of my needs with my pets in a professional and caring manner.
A good experience at a difficult time. I appreciated their assistance and attitude. Their selection for markers, urns, etc. was very good.
The death of a pet can be overwhelming and sometimes as devastating as the loss of a human family member of friend. This family-owned business understands the sensitivity involved and are very patient and kind. The office is run by caring people and there is a very, very low key sales pitch. I have never bought anything except cremation services, and always feel like my business is valued. There is a small chapel where one can sit and meditate or even have a service of some type. In this kind of business, integrity is everything and the family is tops . There is no doubt in my mind that the ashes in my cabinet are my beloved Min and Olivia. When I have the need again, and I will at least twice, they will be the only ones I call. They provide pick up and will send your pets ashes to you or to your vet. If there were 10 stars for a rating, I would give them all ten!
great people who do a great job during a difficult time...have used them more than once and have been more than happy with the results...
We've used their services twice, to arrange for cremations of a cat and a dog. They were very kind, and we were pleased with the urns that we purchased. Highly recommended.
