Horrible experience during a hard time
I had a miserable experience with Deceased Pet Care! Denise and Julianne were completely un-empathetic to my circumstances. While speaking with Julianne (the funeral director) she seemed rushed and at the end of the conversation reminded me that they close at 5:00. I did everything in my power to get there before they closed, however ran into Atlanta traffic. I called to see if someone would stay late and they wouldn't, Denise reminded us again that they close at 5:00.
Unfortunately timing is not always on our side when our fur babies are ill. However a pet funeral home director and the staff should be empathic to those issues, had they stayed 10 minutes later I would have been there. Instead I called Paw, Whiskers & Wags in Decatur, they stayed past 5:00, they waited until we arrived and they did not rush us.
