My husband and I bought a couple's massage package via Groupon. We showed up for our appointment, only to be told that we'd have to go one at a time. (Couple's massage... typically at the same time, yes?) So I sat in the car while he got his massage. An hour later, he comes out and tells me not to do it -- that we should just leave. I thought he was exaggerating so I go in for my massage. Worst. Mistake. Ever. The "masseuse" is a young girl, maybe 16... and it's obvious she's never been properly trained. She was sweet, but very inexperienced. She left the lights on, talked to me the entire time... and let's just say my shih tzu accidentally stepping on my foot is more applied pressure than that of my masseuse. When it was time to leave, the owner kept insisting I make an appointment for my hair. She tried to tell me she couldn't let me leave without an appointment -- that it was "Groupon's rules." She demanded to get our contact information to let us know when they have promotions. I refused... and she yelled at me as I walked out the door. Please. Don't ever go here. I have no idea how (or why) Groupon keeps running specials for this place.

Bought the mani/pedi groupon, sadly I guess I will be out that money as I am not going to go to this place after reading all these horrible reviews. I went with a friend to get our nails done. Walked in, stood there for a couple minutes before someone rudely yelled "can I help you" from somewhere in the back. So I politely said, yes, we have the groupon for the mani/pedi, do you have time for 2 people? Rude reply "NO, we only take appointments". Me, ok, well can we make an appointment? Rude lady (whom I'm now realizing is the owner, Rosalie) "when can you come in?"; me, we can come tomorrow if that works? Rosalie, "we are closed tomorrow (insert long sigh from her because we are obviously causing her an inconvenience at this point). So she finally comes up front (this is after yelling back and forth from the front where we walked in to where ever she was in the back). She opens the appointment book and asks again, "when can you come in". So I started getting agitated at the rude customer service and in the middle of making this appointment, a girl walks in and Rosalie throws the pen down and walks off. So the girl works with us on our appt and finally we worked out a date for a WEEK later. Fine, whatever. It is now the day before our appt and I just got a call that they have to cancel our appt because she has people out sick. I will see what groupon can do to refund my money, but either way, I'm never going back to this salon, EVER.

How is this place still in business? I bought a groupon for highlights and a cut with deep conditioner and ended up forgoing the cut. Although my stylist was very sweet, it was apparent that she is very under experienced. My highlighting took a very long time, and I had quite a bit of root left uncolored. While under the dryer, I could hear the owner(?)/manager(?) yelling at the girl in the back. It's also apparent that this woman is very mean to her staff. It made me very uncomfortable, and when I tried to tell the woman this she cursed at me and told me to get out before she called the police on me. (For WHAT, pray tell?) The place feels dirty and outdated, and there were no other customers in the whole place the entire 4 hours I was there! Do not go there, subpar quality is only the beginning!

I have had a horrible experience, first of all I did purchase a groupon for full highlights, cut and a deep conditioner which i did not get! She did not use a toner and told me my hair was orange cause it was my fault said i had red which I did not my hair is brown and i had some blonde highlights that i needed redone. When the girl asked the owner for toner she told me would be an additional 55 dollars!! I was like this is not my fault not only was the color bad they werent done at the root and wasn't even straight and over 1/8 inch from my root that showed brown then blonde! She even yelled at me and told me I am not getting it for free I have already paid 65.00 for this terrible experience no one ever wants to leave crying over her hair! So best advice go to another place it is dirty and no customers, the entire time I was there she was on the phone complaining to people calling in on the groupon! This place really needs to be put out of business. Now my hair is ruined and I am going to an interview for a new job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went for a mani/pedi and I was not impressed with the quality. I could have done a better job myself. My pedicure was done by someone who did not seem to know what she was doing and kept looking over to the other person (who looked like she was a PRO at doing pedicures) so she wouldn't forget what to do next. She barely massaged my feet/calves and left all the oil on my feet and legs after the massage. The room was dirty and the massage chair did not work right. My manicure was a lot better, but I still think I could have done a better job (and I suck at painting my own nails). My hands felt dried out after and the excess nail polish was not completely cleaned off. Basically not a great experience and I will not go back. I will be going to a different salon to get a new mani/pedi within the week. The only good thing was that the employees were VERY nice!

I went to Deja Vu Spa to receive Japanese Hair Straightening, and highlights. A waste of money!!! I had this exact same straightening treatment done a few years back (at a different place) and it turned out wonderful. At this place, it did not! I found out after, that they had used the incorrect shampoo on my hair before they started the straightening treatment, so it did not take. When I went in the 2nd time to get it redone, the hairstylist put some type of conditioner in my hair before she started the process, and then had started putting the neutralizer on my hair before she straightened it. I had to remind her what order the steps for this process was, and she told me that she "fixed it". The treatment did not take this time either. Also, when she did the highlights, she did not get all the way to the roots, and I have about 1/8 inch of my hair that is not highlighted. When I called back to tell her that I noticed a gap between the highlights and my head, she told me that she had noticed that when she did my hair, but didn't think I would mind. They did give me a partial refund, but not what I'm satisfied with. I paid $390 for the treatments, and only received $122 as a refund. And I had to argue to get that much. Do not go here!!!

What a great experience we had today. I received a Brazalian Blowout..and my daughter a shampoo and style...the staff was great, my stylist DeeDee was amazing...and the owner Rosealie was one of the nicest owners of an establishment I have met...I live over an hour away and can't wait to go back...

Rosalie fried my hair. Not kidding, she really did, and HUNKS came out. She was busy badmouthing someone, and wasn't paying attention to what she was doing to me. Turned my hair carrot top red, then to FIX IT, she fried it. To make matters worse, they STILL send me emails and call me.

My therpist was very good but I met the manager of the spa and she was very rude to me. When I was checking out I overheard the poor therapists and stylists talking about how they haven't received there tips and how they get treated it upsets me. I will NEVER go back. We are humans and deserve to be treated right. You offer a service and you tip..I want to know where MY HARD EARNED money is going Take care of your people..and they will take care of you.
