I've been going to Dekalb Tire for over 15 years now (Roswell store and the Cumming store) and appreciate both stores for how they have performed. James (the store mgr), at the Cumming store, is an outstanding representative for the co and unbelievably honest. The competition down the road from them is not in the same class...

Brought my Mazda RX8 in for a coolant pressure check and it cost nothing! Everyone was very friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and answered all my questions and concerns with detailed answers! While I was there, I had an alignment done and my car rides smoother than when I bought it! I was so pleased with their service, I came back the next week and had my spark plugs changed. Their prices are UNBEATABLE! Just to give you an idea, Mazda's service center wanted $700 to change the RX8 spark plugs and DeKalb Tire only charged me a little over $300!!! They do honest work. When I inquired about additional services, they checked my car first to let me know if I even needed them, saving me money! My favorite part was that the mechanic spoke with me face to face before, during and after working on my car. Everyone there is VERY helpful. Since I've first gone, I've never taken my car anywhere else. *****5 stars isn't enough!*****

They told me the ECT switch was bad in my car and it would be $500 to replace. When I brought my car back to them for the service, I was told they couldn't figure out what was wrong and suggested I take it to the dealer. I took it to the dealer and paid $91 only to find out it was in fact the ECT switch. So I basically paid more money to find out what I already knew because their new service manager Keenan apparently knows little about auto repair.

After five years of experience with Dekalb Tire, I can say that their service is next to none whether it's tires, service or repair. They go out of their way to make sure it's done right and that the customer is satisfied.

Last fall the "check engine" light was coming on in my van. To make a long story short - they told me to take my van to my dealer because they felt what was wrong with my van was under warranty. It was, so Dekalb Tire SAVED me over $1000.00!!!

Finally an honest automotive shop! I have been a customer at this location for over 4 years and they haven't steered me wrong yet. Matter of fact, they will tell me when I can wait to do a repair and what needs to be done immediately. One time I needed a fuse replaced and the service tech told me that it would cost me a lot of money in labor and parts if they did it, but if I went to Wal-Mart, got the part and came back they would put it in for me for free. I know nothing about cars except where to put the gas and how to check the tires so it is very reassuring to know that I have found a service location I can trust.

I've taken my car here for tires, and general repairs over the last 3 years. The crew of mechanics are the best. They are honest and fast. Very down home attitude. If you live in the Cumming area give these guys a chance.

These guys are great. I recently brought my Saab in for leaks. They checked it out and told me the leaks were not that bad and that given the age of the car they would just watch the leaks. I asked if they could add oil and transmission fluid. When I came to pick up my car they told me that it would be no charge. Great service and they did not try to sell me a service that I did not need

I've been with this business for about 4 years, since before they were Dekalb Tire, back when they were United Tire and Auto. When Dekalb Tire bought them, I wasn't too worried, since I'd liked other Dekalb Tire locations I'd done business with in Roswell and Sandy Springs. I was right on the money. James and the crew at this location on Peachtree Parkway are top notch, always providing very courteous, prompt service, good work and at good prices.

Like eveyone, I've had bad experiences with car repairs. I used Dekalb out of necessity because it was close to my house and I needed a flat repaired. They had to order a new tire and gave me a ride home and back to Dekalb when the work was done. Have since had AC fixed and some general maintenance. Prices are very reasonable and work and service arer top-notch!

Our battery was dead and I thought we had bought it a Dekalb tire. I called up there and Sunny couldn't find any record of the sale but said we could bring it in and he would take a look. My husband was thrilled... they were quick and replaced the battery! Thanks again!

They know about my car and they treat it as if it were their own. They do what I need, not what they want. They don;t try to take advantage of women. My wife had paid more than $12 to have a tail light bulb replaced at Scott's. The folks at Dekalb did ot for her for nothing and looked at her funnyt when she expected to pay for it. They're quick, honest, friendly GOOD people. They deserve this review and all the word of mouth I can provide. I wish them the best.

I had a dead battery, and I took my car (getting jump starts along the way) to Dekalb Tire for a new battery. I was afraid that my Alternator might be going, so I asked James to check it as well. They checked the Alternator, which was fine, and replaced the battery and had me on my way in about 15 or 20 minutes! I have found the same service when buying tires, and they have a nice waiting room with a TV if you decide to wait for your car.
