Del Sol Construction

Del Sol Construction did an outstanding job building out our attic. We started with their partnered architect, John Smythe, who developed a plan that made the attic look as if it had been built as part of the original 1935 bungalow without sacrificing any usable space on the main floor. Both of these were our primary goals and they were accomplished well beyond expectations. John really listened and had great concepts. Toby, the PM, took this concept and made it a reality. He met with us at a minimum weekly, and usually more often, to review project progress and answer all of our questions. He was very conscious of the budget and stayed within the quoted price. Toby and his craftmen were always professional and courteous. We recommend Del Sol Constrution to anyone who is considering a home repair, renovation, or addition.

Working with Del Sol Construction has been a pleasure. Directly from the beginning we established a relationship of trust and I have not been disappointed in that. The company, both management as well as the people doing the actual work, demonstrated high working standards and delivered an excellent product. Some minor details that I was not completely content with were discussed and changed within a couple of working days. I have the utmost respect for Alex and Toby, and I would deal with them again for any future remodeling of my house.

I have had the opportunity to work with Del Sol Construction recently, and on several occasions through a design / build relationship as well as through a client / builder opportunity. I have been impressed with Del Sol’s ability to blend into any project scope they become involved with. Their experience, strong work ethic and excellent client communication skills, and their willingness to welcome any challenging project are a refreshing change of pace in the renovation industry. I am always willing to work on any project that Del Sol Construction is a part of.
