I haven't used Delta in about a year, but I've compared prices and they always seem to be in line with AirTran on select locations. The flight attendants are usually pretty good, the web site is okay and the 800# is not so hot. I'm a bit frustrated on the recent changes to the Frequent Flyer program, but I do understand that they are in a tough situation. I still recommend that you give 'em a try!

When you fly delta expect NOT to get to your destination on time- Constant mechanical problems and overbooking cause serious delays amd misinformnation about travel- It even went as far as having people swear at me and laugh at my overbooked flight situation- If you like flying cheap and can weather a storm of disrespect and horrible customer service DELTA's for you!!

My husband and I both belong to Delta's Crown Room and it is certainly a First Class operation...always clean with today's newspapers and complimentary drinks and everyone is so pleasant and helpful!

Here in Atlanta, Delta is frequently the carrier of choice because of their large volume of flights to many locations. However, nothing sets them apart from the other carriers. Nothing stands out as a positive regarding pricing, customer service, or planes.... but they are frequently convenient

I always fly Delta just because of ease of use here in Atlanta. However, I am sometimes disappointed with their prices. Often they are very high but OKC, OK is a frequent destination of mine and Delta is one of the few airlines that has a direct flight. I will continue to fly Delta but if AirTran ever adds OKC as a destination, I will jump ship.

I root for Delta simply out of home town loyalty but am always dismayed by their attitude towards their loyal customers. I was so upset by the change in their Frequent Flyer program last year that I have stopped flying them this year unless absolutely necessary.
