They're doing lots of things to improve the traveler's experience...kudos to them. Don't expect any frills unless you're in first/biz class, as they're attempting to compete with the budget airlines and removing some services. Look for the flights with the in-headrest TVs for added entertainment!

I fly at least twice a week, and have been very happy with Delta for the most part. That's not to say that I've never been delayed, or had vacations partially missed- but that's all to be expected when you consider the volume that I fly. The frequent flier program is what keeps me happy with Delta, I've found them to be very accomidating when I go to redeem my miles- though they should honor the SkySaver option all the time.

Ok, I know we all have our airline horror stories - I have my own. But Delta is usually not in my worst list - they're on my best. Not only are they really the only choice in Atlanta - they are the best, in my eyes. The employees, by and large, are wonderful people, provide great service, and are positive even while dealing with bankruptcy. And they fly almost anywhere!

Delta has no customer service. They do not try and work with you. In fact, they almost arrested an old lady in the airport the other day because she was upset. They told her that they would have to remove her from the premises. To me, Delta and Walmart have become too big. When you are this big, you tend to forget where you started and that the customers are the ones who built you.

CONFLICTING INFORMATION FROM WEBSITE AND ACTUAL PHONE CONVERSATION WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. SITE STATED ON PRICE AND AVAILABILTY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE STATED A MORE EXPENSIVE PRICE AND FLIGHTS WERE COMPLETLEY DIFFERENT.

I travel once a week for my job and I usually use Delta. I have never had anything but good experiences with them. I love the self serve kiosks because they are quick and effiecient. I never have to wait in line and the staff is friendly!

Delta is one of my favorite airlines. The planes are usually neat and clean when we board. I've never had any customer service issues. Of course things happen when you fly, but the representatives have always been helpful and kind. When making a choice to fly, I always check Delta first.

Delta provides good service and enough things to keep you occupied on a long trip. The flight attendants are nice and accomodating. I have taken many many trips on Delta, and would like to see them stay in business!
