Another company had recommended an expensive repair. Delta was honest and fixed my refrigerator quickly.

Repaired our refrigerator at a fair price and they keep all out air conditions units going even in our rental properties. Thanks Delta for great service as you seem to take pride in your work and do it right.

called him last Friday he promised to go there on Saturday. Didn't hear a word at 4:pm Saturday, called him, said he would get there soon. Turned out to be a lie. Then he disppeared for Sunday and Monday. Called him on Tuesday morning 9am and he said he would go thare right away. At 6pm, didn't hear anything, called him, he got mad, complaing I was harrassing him, claiming he also has life, needs to take eat and sleep, etc. I kept asking him whether he could get there that evening or next morning, he wouldn't say yes or no and kept arguing with me. Wenesday 3:pm, called him, he said he was having lunch and would call me back after he finishes. At 4:pm, he didn't call back. So I found another company AmCool who can send someone there within an hour. I sent a text message to cancel my appointment with Delta and hopefully he won't show up at the same time as AmCool and expect me to pay him the trip fee. Hope the text message and this review will be a proof of cancellation. Enough is enough!!!

I called Delta after receiving an estimate that I felt was outrageous to install an air condition unit. It was in the 90s and had been for at least two weeks, but I, like many other people today can’t afford to pay 3X the price of material cost to install this unit. Not only was Delta quote fair and reasonable,the team were professional, polite and I will continue to use them in the future. I don’t “twit”, but I plan to email my family and friends and let them know there is a company that will quote you a fair price if you are in need of their service.

My refrigerator was not cooling well, and I called Delta based on the Kudzu reviews. Herman came out within a few hours, diagnosed the problem in 30 seconds (broken heater), went out for the part, came back and I was up and running again. His bill was fair and much cheaper than a new fridge. BTW, this is the same company as "Delta Electronics - Appliances & Refrig." Don't know why they have two separate listings on Kudzu. They did a great job!
