Just Terrible
1st time he calls saying he'll be at my house in 30 mins. 1.5 hours later he shows up. I told him that after running in oven clean mode the oven stopped working and found online that it could be the thermofuse. He said don’t believe the Internet and told me I needed a control board. I ordered that and he finally showed up after 3 days of calling him and dented my cabinets and in the end said it could be the thermo fuse. Now I don't have an oven for Christmas

We try hard to give great service and we were within the time that we schculed for the appointment. As for the part he took it on his own to order the part because he said he could get it cheaper on the internet as we have never ask a customer to order a part. This customer said that he did not need this oven for the holiday because his family was going out of the country for the holidays now look at the date he still had three days to repair this oven as we told him that we would make the repair the next day and he did'nt want to repair it.We do thank you.
