Best museum for dinosaurs
The Denver museum entrance is guarded by the skeleton of a huge T Rex with one foot in the air. One of my favorite pictures is one I took looking up the leg of this skeleton from underneath his massive foot. You can see his teeth from between his toes.

This place is so cool, they had animatronic dinosaures way before Jurassic Park came out. There's also a giant Pterodactyl hangning over the atrium that to a kid, looks the size of a 747. If you or your kids (and what kid doesn't) have an interest in dinosaurs, this is the place to go.

A must see!!!!
Where do I begin to tell all of you about how absolutely wonderful this museum is? It is a spectacular building with convenient parking and beautifully landscapes grounds. It is priced very reasonably and even more so if you become a member. The entrance has a the skeleton of an enormous T-Rex and captivates the visitors before they even have gotten to an exhibit. As you walk through the main corridor look up you will see some of the most amazing skeletons of whales and other ENOURMOUS creatures that I can imagine. It truly gives you a feel for what it would be like to swim by one in the ocean!!
Each floor has hours of fun to explore and it always has the top of line visiting exhibits from all over the world. I love the floor featuring the animals of the world. I spend hours and hours there. The favorite for my children would have to be a three way tie between the rock and gem exhibit where you feel as though you have traveled down a mine shaft, the space capsule room and the dinosaur bone exhibit(it has 50 or more dinosaurs in it!!!). We never get tired of exploring the museum. This is a national treasure.

Go get educated!
Visiting the Museum of Nature and Science is enjoyable. There are always new exhibits or IMAX features to chose from. I always learn something new each time I visit.
