Dependable Brakes & Exhaust

I have been going to Dependable for years. From the beginning they have been fair, reasonable and go out of their way to provide what I need. Never tried to sell me something I did not need.\r\rGail

I have been taking my car to this garage for almost 19 years and the office staff and techs have always been honest, trustworthy and quoted resonable prices. They stand behind their workmanship. I dont have to worry about being ripped off and I know that my car is going to be repaired honestly with ""experienced"" mechanics. They actually show/explain to you the issues on your car prior working on it. There is no pressure and they have proven time and time again over the years that this is a REPUTABLE garage and I for one am glad they are always there for me. Also, over the years I have talked to customers in the waiting room and they also expressed this same opinion and have said they would definitely recommend this garage to their family and freinds.

THE SERVICE AT DEPENDABLE BRAKES AND EXHAUST SUCKS. NOT ONLY ARE THEY UNABLE TO REPAIR CAR CORRECTLY BUT THEY CHARGE FOR THINGS THAT YOUR CAR DOESNT NEED. ON ONE OF MY CARS THEY WERE TO CHANGE BRAKES AND ROTORS. WHILE DOING THIS THEY BROKE MY WHEEL BEARING. ON ANOTHER CAR THEY WERE TO CHANGE A MOTOR MOUNT. AFTER THEY DID THIS THE PROBLEM WAS STILL THERE. THEN THEY DID A SECOND AND THE PROBLEM WAS STILL THERE. THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!
