didn't cost an arm and a leg
This company is an example of what customer service should be! I called one afternoon to see if I could schedule an appointment to have a garbage disposal installed. They promptly returned my call and said that somebody could be at my house in a couple of hours and gave me an estimate for service. I was shocked I could get service so soon that didn't cost an arm and a leg.
The invoice was for the amount I was quoted and not a penny more. I will definitely call them for any future needs and recommend their company to my neighbors as well.
