Desert Schools Federal Credit Union

After being a member for over 10 years, they suggested that I close my savings account because it went dormant. I tried to offer them some feedback about how my experience was poor and what they could have done to improve my experience. But after 10 years of being a member they felt that keeping $25 fee was more important than me as a member. I had no intention of closing my account but they suggested I do so. Their motto is that "Desert Schools is not the right fit for every one and they are okay with that." After I left, their manager even called me on my home phone to reiterate that I was wrong and the $25 in fees was my fault since I allowed my account to go dormant after a year of not using it. Don't bank with them. They will charge you fees and then tell you its your fault and close your account. Don't bank with them ever. They will rip you off and tell you its your fault! They don't like their members. They just take your money by charging account fees.

I like Desert Schools. They recognize me when I come in and they are eager to help. Had my business accounts here. I could always find someone to talk to when I needed service.

This a nice and clean credit union. I applied for membership and they were fast and efficient. Inside the credit union they were polite and nice and very efficient and QUICK! Love to get in and get out quickly.

This credit union is one of the best credit union i have every been to. They provide good service & you can actually see your money grow. I would advise anyone to be a part of Desert Schools.

I have been a member of this credit union since 1975 and recommend it highly if you're looking for accuracy, friendliness, and knowlegable employees. Plus the fact that they have branches almost everywhere now so it's highly accessible.
