In short I had to get my car detailed by someone else who knew what they were doing. Try Atlanta Dings. Much much better. Stay away from these guys.
I am not trying to review this business, I went to the wrong place & kudzu will not let me delete my review... oops!

BEWARE!! The most recent reviews of this place are right on. Had similar experiences..poor mgmt, lousy work, actually damaged my car's finish further. Didn't even want to honor their own coupon. There are better options out there...don't use these guys.

This is the most unprofessional, unorganized business I have ever encountered. I brought my car to their "New" location, a warehouse space in an office park. The staff (what little there are) were unpleasant, unprofessional and rude. I paid over $300.00 for a detail job that I could have paid my church youth group to do for $30. The tire rims were still dirty, the windows were streaked, my floor mats had fresh dirt on them. Maybe I just had a bad isolated experience, but go at your own risk.

In my opinion, this is a bad bad place to take your car. Don't do it to yourself. The staff and owner I encountered at this place were extremely unprofessional. They didn't care about anything but the money I was going to give them. I also had to take my car back to them after them after they initially worked on it. There were actually indentations in my front bumper where they supposedly painted it. I'm not sure how this place was green-lighted as a valid businesses. If you take your car to this place, make sure you take an extra couple of grand with you for the extra repairs you'll probably have to make to your car and some aspirin for the headache you are going to leave with. Its not worth it.

This is the same company as Precision Dent - which has one star for each client that has reviewed the company - check out the review. These people are crooks and have two of more names for their company - How low can you go?? Jeez! They cant even be honest enough to keep 1 name. They will rip you off and ruin your car. Do not pay attention to the reviews below. They were probably written by the owners. Take your car here at your own risk. I know 6 people who have taken their car here and have had to take their car elsewhere to get the damaged caused by these people fixed. Take your car to Precision Auto Dent/Detail Masters or whatever their name is tomorrow at your own risk..don't believe the hype.

Bought a 3 year old Mercedes last week. It had a few deep scratches. Also, the car's paint felt rough and must have had some overspray. Don and his colleagues repaired the scratches, used the clay bar treatment and finished the job with buffing, polishing and waxing. The car is in absolute showroom condition again.

Took my car in to remove some dents before I sold it. They did an ok job. The car had a for sale sign in the window and was a relatively rare car, so I wasn't surprised that they took it for a test drive. I was surprised that the by the numbers of miles put on it and how far the fuel economy guage had dropped. It was diven hard. See MPG is a big selling point on that car. I had driven the car very conservatively for some time in hopes that such good fuel economy would be a great selling point when gas was at $4. Part of this was my fault. They finished work at the end of the day. I couldn't make it before they closed and left it with them overnight. I should not have made that mistake.

I took my 08 Nissan Pathfinder to Detail Masters for an exterior detail, and the staff did an excellent job. The SUV actually looked better than when the dealer handed it over to me a month ago. All the bug stains up front were gone. The finsh was smooth and they gave me a 1 year guarantee on their work. The General Manager is awesome, and he made sure that my two sons and I were comfortable during our wait. The manager that did the detail was great and customer service is off the charts. I made the drive from Canton to Duluth, and I will make the trip in the future because the service and overall experience were excellent.

Just picked up my truck today and that thing was beautiful outside. Looks like a mirror (soft & smooth) and the engine compartment is amazingly clean. It literally looks like they just replaced my entire engine with hand washed parts, amazing. But, I paid $280 to have a full detail and inside nothing looked to be vacuumed, wiped down, or polished - let alone shampooed, which I paid them to do. The problems are; my interior map lights were all on, how long, I have no clue, but my rear view mirror (where the lights are) was so hot it burnt my hand when I touched it. Even worse; I have a wining sound and vibration coming out of my engine when I slow down that sounds like my power steering is going out, and my engine is lacking the horsepower it had when I dropped it off – unbelievable. I cannot believe that I have engine problems after spending this much money. I had to stand with the guy and point out dirt and crap until he finally vacuumed it all out. He gave me the rags to clean the interior myself though, thanks. And they forgot to put my cup holders back in. DO NOT let them touch your engine or charge you for anything in the interior. And recognize that these other reviews seem to all be written by the same person “these guys”.

I took my black BMW650i for a full exterior detail today and they did a great job. My car was full of swirls and they managed to get rid of 95% of them - the car looks great and they took several hours to get it looking beautiful. Would recommend this business and plan to use them again.
