Phooey on Dewey
I took my 2004 F150 in for service and was completely appalled by the unprofessional attitudes of their the Assistant Service Manager, Matt Karnatz, and the Service Director, Kent Kisling. I don't know if these two were just having a bad day or if this type of service is acceptable with Ken Garff Automotive Group, but I will be reaching out to their headquarters in Utah to find out. Either way, they can be certain that I will never do business with them again. You would think that if a guy rolls in with a 2004 F150 with 250,000 miles for an expensive tune up, he might just be trying to decide if he wants to invest more money into a 250K mile vehicle or should he just invest in a new one. Within a matter of seconds of initial conversation, I could tell that "customer service" was not a priority with these guys. Hey guys, read the book Raving Fans, or take a customer service course at DMAC. I felt sorry for Dan Boettcher and their sales team because that service department is costing them a lot of future sales. IMHO

Very Good Service Center
I took my car in to get a small repair done. I didn't want to take my car to a dealer to get repaired, I was afraid of how much they would charge me for he labor and the genuine parts. But these guys didn't take me for a ride. I got my car repaired at a fair price, the parts were factory direct so I know they are good parts and I had the work done by factory trained mechanics. Overall I was quite happy with the whole repair job.
