We know that everybody wants to look and feel their best and healthy teeth are one of the first things that people look at when talking with another. Cavities, discolorations, missing or broken teeth can inhibit your ability to freely communicate with another.
Other people are concerned because they have cavities, they have pain or chipped teeth, they may need dentures or crowns or root canals, etc. No one wants to be in pain. No one wants to have to go through the problems of broken.. teeth or serious oral health issues. And sometimes even if you take the greatest care in the world of your teeth and gums, things happen, accidents occur, genetics takes over and youre looking for a good general dentist.
Reno Family Dentist is run by Dr. John DiGrazia, who took over the practice from his father Peter DiGrazia who operated the successful dental practice since around 1970. Theres a long history here of people in the area who have had many general dentist issues taken care of through the DiGrazia family.

I had to make an emergency appointment here as my regular dentist office isn't open on Fridays and I had a horrible toothache. My appointment was scheduled at 9 but wasn't called back until 945 to begin taking my x-rays. After 18 x-rays were taken I has to wait another 30 minutes in the chair for the dentist to come in. After briefly looking at the results I was told I needed four root canals. As someone who goes to the dentist every 6 months and had just been to my regular dentist about a month before I was floored. I asked him what teeth needed the root canals and he proceeded to poi t to the teeth on the film. A year before I had extensive work done and the entire top of my mouth done in veneers. He pointed out two tweety that had already had root canals, not to mention out of the four teeth not one was the one that was aiding me the problem. He then told me that the extensive work I had done by my trusted dentist of 20 years was not up to par and we would have to redo all that too. Horrible experience would not recommend this place to anyone... Did get the antibiotics I needed to help with the infection until I can get into my regular dentist. Seems they are just after your money!

Unfortunately I did not read the comments before going into this office. As I was waiting for Dr Jin in the waiting room he was yelling at one of the staff members so loudly that everyone in the waiting room just stared in horror! She then stormed out of the office crying. I wanted to cancel my appointment right then and wish I would have! As I waited for the doctor I could hear a man talking about how he had almost choked to death in his sleep from a temporary crown the dentist had just put on. I happened to go in on a holiday and they could not verify insurance and were supposed to call me back to quote me on some work that needed to be done. Thankfully they have not called me and I will NEVER return!

Wow please do yourself a favor and do not choose this place!!! The dental Assistants were great but when Dr.Jong S.Jin came in he was the most rudest person ever. I normally wouldn't do this but I am still in shock and very upset on how he treated me. It was so sad that the dental assistant kept apologizing to me for his behavior. Man I regret not saying anything back to him at the moment, but I will not let him get way with this. Him yelling at me and stereotyping was really uncalled for. It made the FOUR HOURS extremely excruciating for me :-(

went in to get some dental work done was paying cash due to no insurance. was quoted a price went back to get work started and paid in full(2150). A different dentist told me it was going to be &4,000 more so asked for my money back still waiting for refund. its crazy to get some one to pay in full then tell them its going to be 3 times as much as you quoted. dishonest practice and i will never return.

I thought I had made an appt for their Sparks office, but when I showed up there they said that I had to go to the Reno office because they are the ones who checked my insurance. So I drove all the way to that office (where someone told me that Sparks could have asked them to fax the information over and I could have been seen in Sparks, where I live.) So that was strike one. The staff was basically nice but the dentist wrote down that I had a wisdom tooth that needs extracted...I had all my wisdom teeth out at age 17. I do have a REAR tooth that needs pulled but I am not comfortable when a dentist can't tell a wisdom tooth from a regular molar. I asked the staff if I could take or have my x-rays sent to Sparks because I wanted to go there because it is just a couple of blocks from my home, and they said I could go there but I would need to have a whole different exam because the dentist there could not go off what the Reno dentist recommended...WHAT? My insurance won't pay for that. I will never go back.

The overall experience if very favorable. They take the time to make you comfortable, the waiting room is very clean and I have never had to wait too long for an appointment. Along with that, the staff is friendly and the Dr was first rate. I will continue to use this location for ang time.

I am usually very anxious when going to the dentist, and the staff at Absolute Dental put me at ease. I really appreciate the extra time they spent with me, and will definately go back there the next time I need dental work.

I can't say enough good things about Absolute Dental. I have taken my children to a couple of different offices and always have a great experience! They really cater to children's dentistry, so they understand my kids don't like to go to the dentist and they always make it fun. I'm sold!
