Extremely Professional
I recently called Dick's Rancho Glass to get a quote on replacing my old windows. While they were not the most inexpensive quote, their customer service was unmatched. I was able to visit their showroom and touch and see exactly what kind of windows I was going to have installed (Milgard Tuscany) and they informed me about how to receive a tax credit and a cash rebate. The glaziers that installed my windows were professional and curteous. They cleaned up after themselves and gave me a courtesy call before they came, which I really appreciated. Overall I was extremely pleased with my new windows and the service I recieved from Dick's Rancho Glass. I will be calling them again as soon as I get around to remodeling my master bathroom.
