My daughter took driving class and behind the wheel. She says she had a great time and learned a lot in class. She is also a 100 times better driver know. We love Dickerson. We will be back for our test.

Awful driver test experience. Instructor was extremely demeaning and sarcastic when explaining where my son needed to improve. I have no problem with the fact that he needed to do better in certain areas. But there is a positive way to give a teen constructive criticism, and there is a way to intentionally crush and humiliate them. If I handled the high school students I teach in this manner, I would have parents in my office complaining every day. Mr. Dickerson actually seemed to derive some sick pleasure in continually admonishing my son over and over for the same error. Don't waste your time or money at Dickerson Driving School.

Dickerson teaches young adults how to have a reflex not a reaction. A reaction is thinking about doing the right thing and a reflex is just doing it right without even thinking about it. Dickerson Driving School teaches teenagers how to be a perfection seeking safe driver.

Dickerson Driving has got to be the best driving school around. Captain Bob was a great teacher. The instructors as nice and respectful. The other comment on here is exactly why great driving schools like this are needed. Aggressive drivers are everywhere and get mad enough at someone driving safely at 5 under to post online about it. Instead of understanding and respecting a student driver on the road they tailgate and put themselves and the student at danger. Very sad. I hope she does a lot of training before she tries to teach her child how to drive, no more casualties of speeding please!!

I can't believe that an "instructor" would be ok with driving on Hwy 140 between E. Cherokee and 575 at 30 mph with NINE vehicles behind it and not tell the "student" to pull over and let the other vehicles pass. Very rude. When my children are ready to learn, I'll teach them how to drive with respect for other drivers!
