The last two times I went, I waited longer than 45 minutes past my appointment time each time, with no explanation. In the first instance, I had to leave after 45 minutes because I had another appointment elsewhere. I fully expected to get a phone call from Dr. Diehl herself apologizing but I never heard from her. The second time, after waiting for 45 minutes, Dr. Diehl opened the door to the waiting room and mumbled a name. It sounded like mine, so I started to get up, but another woman in the waiting room (who had arrived after me) leapt out of her chair and went with the doctor. After a few minutes, I asked the receptionist what name the doctor had called. She said mine, and I told her the other woman had gone in. She said, "Oh, then the doctor has the wrong chart!" So she had my chart, but was seeing another patient and didn't even have that patient's chart. The receptionist went into the office and gave Dr. Diehl the correct chart, at which point I expected the other woman to be ushered out, since she had taken my appointment. Never happened. I was forced to wait even longer while the other woman was seen. I would have left but I needed my prescription!! I didn't get much of an apology. Poor service. I will not be returning.

Like many other of the poor reviews, I found Dr. Diehl cold and dismissive. She is unwilling to prescribe benzodiazepenes for anxiety disorders. She made unprofessional comments in my presence. Take my word for it and go somewhere else!

I've been going to Dr. Diehl for awhile now, only out of convenience. She could care less about my mental state and seems to be there only for the money. She runs through the standard questions and gives another prescription. Next.

A very frustrating process. I was under the impression that I was meeting Dr. Diehl. Instead, I spent the entire time reciting my history to her nurse. Once that was accomplished, Dr. Diehl was ushered in and I had to listen to the nurse fumble through my history. When I asked about the process, I was told imperiously that, "this is the way we do things here." Well, that's fine, but I'm the consumer and the process was humiliating and far from effective.

seems like a good doctor but her staff could not be ruder. I thought this was a little ironic considering the practice. The last time i went, i waited for an hour and never got to see a Dr. Thats why i will never go back.
