Great work ethic, 1/08/2011

Purchased a vehicle a few months ago. Very honest people. First arranged financing for me through a local credit union at a much lower rate than what I would have got from my own bank, secondly, a... main concern for me in purchasing a vehicle was gas efficiency. I had a vehicle picked out and ready to buy which was just below $10,000 , the manager then suggested another similar vehicle priced $2000 less than the one I picked out but gets 35 miles per gallon. They could have easily made the extra money on me but after what they did to satisfy me , knowing that I needed a good fuel efficient car for me and my family, these are definitely honest and good people. John , and Joe , brothers. Excellent team! I would recommend everyone purchase from these people. And if you need honest and good organization to deal with, this is the place.

Beware of the Wolf in Sheep's Clothing

I purchased my car in August 2010. Since the day I drove the car off the lot, I have had one problem after the other. After returning to them 3 times without any resolution, Joe suggested I take my car to the original manufacturer to figure out what was wrong. The quote was ridiculous and when I contacted them, Joe at Auto First insisted that I bring the car back to them for repairs. Basically calling the manufacturers service stations thieves. He promised to bring the quote in at less than half and that he would allow me to pay the repair cost a little at a time. He also promised a loaner because there were so many things that had to be done I couldn't be without a car that long. Once they got my car in their shop, the original promise was not kept. The quote was more than he promised and not all the work was being done. The loner car broke down and they refused to replace it. They never provided a written quote and continued to change the cost daily. I became so frustrated that I asked Joe to just replace the tires and release my car. They refused and told me, oops, we can't we have your car on the lift and have dismantled your engine. How convenient. Now they have my car and I am suing them for unauthorized work. I find them to be manipulative and incredibly deceptive. They don't deliver what they promise. Be very leery of Joe he is a good actor and their Dad is a nasty man.

Buyer Beware

Found the the principal owner, Joe, to be untrustworthy. Tried to sell me a car he claimed was in perfect condition, but in reality had lots of mechanical problems and questionable odometer reading.
