Very, very very bad !!!! Avoid
They were supposed to replace 1 burned HID light. After they worked on my car I had to replace both front headslights. They had breached the seals of the headlights so they were leaking and shorting the wires. Terrible service and absolutely cluless of what they are doing. Will never even think of going to that place again.

Customer Service is Poor
I sat around in their waiting room forever as they tried to put together a used system for my car that they sold me. After several hours, they had most of it working. I was fed up and left. I'll probably take it to someplace else to fix it right. I rated the company average because unfortunately, poor quality service is everywhere.

Best in town
They were extremely professional and did excellent work customizing my sound system in my 2002 Cadillac Escalade. They listen to exactly what I wanted and delivered on time. They even stayed after hours to show me all of the functions of my system. They are the best and I will refer others to them. I love my new system. I feel like I have a new vehicle. Thanks guys! Great Experience
I wanted to install an iPod interface for my new Nissan Rogue's radio. I didnt want to use the headphone port on my iPod to connect to the AUX because that doesnt give the best quality, especially when I paid extra for the Bose stereo in my car.
Since this is a new Nissan, most places including Nissan dealerships said that they didnt have any solution for a back-connection directly into the car radio. I found these guys as an authorized dealer for an after-market interface. Although the interface was new, they worked with me to find it and gave me a great price including installation. My parts came in a couple of days and they installed it on short notice despite the busy Christmas season.
The customer service is awesome. They are very friendly and spent some time with me after the installation to answer all my questions. I wanted to try a couple of scenarios and they worked with me to ensure we tried all of them and that I left totally satisfied. These guys are the best.

Makes You Want to Come Back
Great no pressure audio facility. They are super nice and did a great job on my Mini Cooper. During the installation they kept me informed at each step if they encountered something unexpected.
They will certainly keep my business for future work.
