After the accident I received a check of only $300 for the DV from my Insurance Company. I was not happy with that. I contacted my car dealer who suggested DVGA. The site is very informative and well designed. I was struggling to get more DV out of my insurance company and wasted about 12-14 days to convince them that I deserve more. Finally, I contacted Antoine of DVGA who got the ball rolling with his inspection, photos and professional report. He talked to the Insurance Company for long time and got me almost 7fold money than they initially offered. Wow! I can only say, " If you have an accident, call Antoine of DVGA" SB Marietta

The at-fault ins. co. offered me $158 for DV after I was rear-ended. I laughed. I went to Antoine, and with his expert appraisal I got $1760. Even with this in hand, it took months of my persistence and finally contacting a supervisor who issued the check immediately. Don't even try this alone! He was professional, quick and an excellent value. Without his letter, extra documentation and appraisal, I wouldn't have gotten anywhere. Tell everyone you know to call Antoine if they ever need a DV appraisal. Don't forget to include the apraisal fee in your demand letter to the ins. co! Antoine gives you what you need to get what you are legitimately owed.

An inattentive driver totaled my recently restored 1986 classic car. I did not have a special insurance policy to cover it for its full value. The insurance company only wanted to pay me for a 25 year old car even when I provided proof of the work that had been done. I contacted Diminished Value to conduct an independent appraisal and the insurance company accepted it without question. It was double the insurance company's offer and a little more than I had estimated I should get under the circumstances. Nothing could replace the car that had belonged to my mother but the professionalism and attention to customer service provided by Diminished Value saved me from feeling powerless to pursuade the insurance company to reconsider. I definitely would recommend their service.

After my vehicle was in accident, my insurer made a low ball offer for diminished value. Thanks to the help from DV, my insurer is now settling for almost three times their original offer. All I can say is WOW! This is a must-have service for any vehicle accident victim.

Antoine was unbelievably helpful in guiding me step by step dealing with the insurance company for the person that hit my car. Insurance company originally offered me $136 diminished value. After working with Antoine, the insurance company finally agreed to settle for $1700!!! It just doesn't get any better than this. Antoine really knows his stuff!

Antoine completed my appraisal in less than 15 minutes for my 2010 Nissan Sentra. The amount he appraised my vehicle was more than 5 times the amount the insurance company had offered. I sent the insurance company my demand letter and appraisal. Without hesistation, they honored my demand and I received my check in about 5 days. Thank you Antoine!!!!

I highly recommend this company if you are in an accident and unsure about the diminished value. I ended up receiving $1000 more than the original offer due to the report from Diminished Value. Antoine helped me every step of the way!

These guys were excellent in every way. They did a great job explaining the process. DO NOT fail to use them! :0). I got over a 1000 more than the insurance scammers offered me. Remember you can go back 4 years on any accident and reclaim loss of value even if you've settled a claim - I can't think of many companies that do as good of work for you than DVG. 5 stars and a standing ovation for value, service and character! SUper knowledgeable and willing to walk you through the how to's and whys -can't say enough!

The insurer appraised my 2004 Lexus LS430 (In March 2011) at 13,300 dollars. They insisted this was "fair market value" for my vehicle, even though i could not find a similar car (mileage, options, etc.) for anywhere near that amount. After some searching, and google-ing, I discovered that the insurance company had an "appraisal clause" which stated that I had the right to hire an independent appraiser, they would do the same, and the two independents would assess the value and come to an agreement. I googled "certified auto appraisal" and they were one of the first to come up. I called, and we talked for a few minutes. They seemed knowledgeable and very professional. I made payment, and shortly thereafter their appraisal was ready (side note, they even include an email template to send with their PDF appraisal indicating that you're activating the appraisal clause). I sent in the appraisal, the appraiser's contact info, and the independent appraisers put their heads together and came up with a value of 17,200 dollars for my car. this is much more in line with what I was seeing out there on the internet (cars.com, autotrader, ebay) and is a fair estimate of what my car was worth. I'm in the rare position of wanting to buy the *exact* same car again, so I really just wanted it replaced. When the insurance company's offer fell short, Diminished helped me out. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm off to select another 2004 LS430.

My insurer offered me a diminished value on my damaged 2007 Altima in the amount of $780. DVG reviewed, came up with their diminished value of $3,900 and eventually negotiated/settled for $2,995, which I was quite pleased with. Good job, Antoine.

Met with Antoine to discuss my situation and claim. He was very professional and thorough. In one weeks time my claim was settled. Looking forward to receiving the check from the insurance co. I highly recommend Antoine/Diminished Value of Georgia.
