Went to look for item and the sales clerk came back to the area I was looking and did not ask could he help me. We were the only 2 in the room. I was the only one in the store at that point. I had to... ask him. Then I told him I liked the item but the sale price was still over my budget so whats the best price he could do and he said well its already 40% off. So was most everything in the store, you ever heard of bargaining dude? A simple yes or no is what I was looking for. I asked if the item could be dismantled so I could put in my car, he said yes. He said he would tell the manager best price. Manager comes back and asked what price looking for. I told him and I pointed out a dent in the item, he said that is why its 40% off. No dude, everything else was 40% off too. He then says the item will be hard to put back together if they take apart and not fit in my car. I told him I put together more detail items than that so should not be a problem and of course I would measure to see if will fit my car. He finally bargain halfway my asking budget. Felt he was too discouraging everything I asked including if the item was available at another store because of the dent. They said no, only one. I said thanks and left. Felt they acted like what was I doing there and resistant. Did not feel like a valued customer at all. Will never go back there again. Had a negative for every request I asked. I need a can do or lets try and can I help you Maam store.
