Direct Tv use to be so good with customer service!!! Recently I moved from Peoria to Litchfield Park. I had two technicians out just to install an additional line for a DVR. Neither one could get it right. When I tried to explain this on the phone I was given the run around over and over. Plus I had paid them for the year. They took nearly 60 days to refund my money after I cancelled. My advice--look at Dish or Cable. These people are getting pricey and forgetting the customer.
