Directors Mortgage Inc

This loan should have taken about 3 weeks and we are now going on 3 months. I have purchased several investment properties over the last 20 years, and Steven of Directors Mortgage in LO is by far the worst Mortgage Broker I have ever had to work with. Very disorganized, makes excuses about the ever changing deadlines. Changing his "stories" day to day, even contradicting himself. Because of this we are unable to make solid plans concerning our (hopefully) new purchase. The sellers have been patientotherwise this deal would have fallen apart long ago. This transaction has been a nightmare. Our Realtor has called several times to complain. We are just trying to get through this and never use them again....

My first impression of our mortgage banker was that she was experienced and knowledgeable, the office environment was very professional. About a day after we had completed the loan application, we got a call from our mortgage banker stating that we were ""Pre-Approved."" From this point on, the whoel process only took about 3 weeks. Throughout the entire process, we got consistent communication from not only our mortgage banker but from our processor as well. Things went very smooth, we locked into a great rate and we got exactly what they said we would get. The topper was that I found out that this company was also recognized for their local philanthropic efforts as well. I now see their banners everywhere, if you love supporting a great local company with integrity, give them a try.
