They are usually so behind that the sales people just aren't motivated to give customer service to the new customer. They (sales people) couldn't care about anything but their commission. Go to another one and save yourself time and energy!

Good guys

These guys went above and beyond when I discovered a flat tire at the Home Depot near their store. The guy carried an air pump over to fill the tire to drive the car to the store. They quickly fixed the tire so I would not be late picking up the kids after school. Wonderful!

Great Guys

The staff at Discount Tire is always helpful, but the guys at this store will go out of their way to help you out.
