Discount Tire Co. - Cactus

One week ago I ordered one 2008 Scion XD tire. The sales rep, in absolute disregard to what I've asked him to do, ordered two additional tires. The rep then fraudulently obtained 25 dollars "retainer" fee from my friend to keep the additional tires in stock. The tires that I have NEVER asked for! Do not do any bussiness with this place.

The store was willing and able to repair my tire that picked up a big bolt on the way home from work on a Friday night at 5:45pm. I expected to find the place closed after 5:00 but was happy to find them still open. They found that I was in their system, meaning that I have bought tires from them in the past, and repared the flat for free.

Not only did they have the best price for the Goodrich tires I wanted, but over the phone they offered to make good on a rebate that expired that day, even though my tires would have to be ordered and I couldn't come in to pay until the weekend.

They ordered my tires and had them within a few days and gave me the discount, as promised, even though the manufacturer was no longer honoring it. And they had my four tires mounted within an hour and were very courteous.

Another big plus with me, the guys there spoke directly to ME, about MY car, even though my husband was there too. I don't get that kind of respect at a lot of automotive places and I really appreciated it, especially since I do know a thing or two about cars.

I will absolutely come back for our other vehicles!

They were honest and didn't try a sell me anything I didn't need. Simply explained all the options I could choose from. Friendly, helpful, and fast. The management was polite and didn't treat me any differently because I was a woman who didn't know any better.
