Fast talking salesman with too many options made my head spin. Then I got all the up sale pitch that made me feel like I was being rushed. Maybe this is why I always have my husband do this for me but I walked out after about 15 minutes. Perhaps I was having a bad day but it just didn't feel right.

So simple flat tire fix they did in 7 hours from the point of dropping off (talk about a long wait) .. then I get in my car notice the seat is up, i use the automatic switch to o back it wont budge.... itll go forward but not to the back position... something happen in the shop instead of THE TIRE GUY trying to fix it before the customer saw it, they left it, didnt mention it one bit. I go in tell them they come out wiggle the seat look in the tracks cant figure it out with in 20 minutes they are back in side... So me and a buddy spent a hour in the parking lot taking apart my seat to fix something that happen THERE. I go inside.. he hands me a card and says take it to a mechanic and call me if the mechanic finds anything ... so i go back out and figure it out because 1) WHY SHOULD I PAY TO GET IT TOWED BECAUSE IT CANT BE DROVE BY A 3FT MIDGET WHEN IM 6'2! 2) WHY IS A CUSTOMER USING HIS TIME, AND MONEY TO FIX SOMETHING THAT HAPPEN IN YOUR SHOP 3) WHY DID YOUR TIRE GUY EVER GET OUT OF THE CAR AND NOT MENTION THAT HE COULDN'T GET THE SEAT BACK IN FARTHER WHEN THE PASSENGER SIDE WAS CLEARLY HALF A FOOT BACK I Just dont understand why or how I brought my car there for a tire leak, and left with a broken seat that they wont claim responsibility for. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! (if you like the way it is)

I went there because of a $100 off promotion. I mentioned that COSTCO has $70 instant off for Michelin tires. The agent named Steven said they could match it and then added the $70 rebate. But when I asked for the $100 discount, he said that's not good since it's given as VISA card which can only be used in 2 or 3 specific stores. And I knew it was a lie. I insisted to have the $100 rebate instead of the $70 one. He kept asking me whether I was sure or not, until another agent came to help me out with the $100 rebate. I cannot understand why Steven was trying to cheat me even though there's a big ad of $100 discount hanging at the entrance. If not because of the final result turned to be ok, I would have given it one star.

We have purchased 4 sets of tires from this location, they always have the lowest prices & friendly staff. They offer a certificate for free tire replacement if the tire is damaged & can not be replaced for $35 & it's well worth it. We've gotten 2 "free" tires over the years. Fast service, even on a busy Saturday.

today i went in with little money and 2 VERY BAD tires - Sam found some excellent nearly new Michelins for $30 a peice, he also sold me a life of the tire warranty - something i hadn't expected on used tires. NOTE I did NOT go there even considering used tires. They were put on and ready 45 minutes under the time they had estimated on a VERY busy Saturday morning. I couldn't be more pleased.

Two years ago, I bought a new set of tires here after comparison-shopping online. The tire installation was performed quickly, and there was no pressure or attempt to up-sell me. The employees both on the phone and in the store were very friendly and answered all of my questions professionally. They happened to not have the specific tires I wanted in stock, so I did have to wait a few days for them to arrive. Two weeks ago, I had TWO flat tires (nail in one and screw in the other)! I returned to DT, and since both tires were repairable, they were repaired at no cost per the warranty. Friendly service, no questions, no surprise fees, no trying to sell me any additional services.

We got a very good deal on our tire purchase with Discount Tires. They were friendly, and professional. They did not "look" for other issues, but did give us a list of suggestions based on the mfgrs. recommendations. We are now able to budget for our vehicle maintenance and that is another thing we will not have to worry about. The car is running more smoothly than it has in a while - so we figure they did a great job with the balancing and alignment. We will do business with this company again.

I loved purchasing tires from Discount Tire because of their website. I was able to go online and learn everything there is to know about tires, develop my own specifications and then shop for the tire that best meets my needs. Once selected, I ordered the tires and made an appointment online at the location closest to my home. At the time of the appointment, I walked in, dropped off my key, walked to a nearby coffee shop to read the paper, and returned 45 minutes later to pick my car up. Could not have been easier. I do have two complaints however. First, the actual treadware on the tire was slightly lower than advertised (probably a typo in their database, but something that needs to be fixed). My second complaint is that when I picked up the car, I wasn't provided with anything in writing showing that my tires come with the advertised 85,000 mile warranty (VERY IMPORTANT). I called to request a corrected receipt or a warranty document, but in response, they first said that they'd make a note in their computer. When I insisted on getting something in writing, they said that they would mail an updated receipt. That was several weeks ago, but I still haven't received it. This important documentation should be provided automatically without the customer having to specifically ask for it -- something that needs to be corrected in their process.

I've had many of cars in the past few years, and I've always taken my car to Discount Tire for my tire purchase. The technicians there are very friendly and professional. The service is excellent, and you can't beat the rewards. You can have your tires serviced (rotated, road hazard insurance, etc..) for free and without hassle. This is my place to buy tires
