Discount Tire Co. - Mckellips

I have taken two separate cars here, and both times the service has been the most professional from any other auto service company that I have encountered after almost 30 years of driving. They are friendly, knowledgeable, professional, fast, and courteous. I would not take my car anyplace else for tires.

These guys are the best. Every one of them interacts with customers, and they are more professional than you have a right to expect. They are fast, efficient, no screwing around, and know what they're doing. They run the lug nuts up with a torque stick, then finish them off with a torque wrench.. and that's exactly how it's supposed to be done. However, most tire places don't do it that way because they're lazy and don't care! These guys will always get my business as long as they continue to do a great job! I don't want to have to watch them to make sure they do as they should when working on my car. And yes, I'm very hard to please when it comes to my car...

Discount Tire usually has great service, but not this location. They broke one of my TPMS sensors and then refused to acknowledge they broke it or offer to fix it because my wheels aren't factory. But they had no problem taking my money to do the work.

They seem too focused on the bottom line here, and the service suffers for it. I have done a lot of business with DT over the years, but now I'm looking elsewhere.
