Discount Tire Co. - Ray Rd

I have been a Discount Tire customer for years but I LOVE this location. Most recently, I received a super friendly greeting when I entered and was helped right away. I arrived late for an appointment and still was in and out in 30 mins despite the fact that they were very busy. Also, I was even able to negotiate a lower price with the cashier after discussing the price increase as compared to my prior visits. Would absolutely recommend this store and will continue too visit in the future!

I have been to several Discount Tire stores in the Valley over the years, but this new one is really trying to get your business and they are very attentive. They went through all the options for my car and even matched a special that Costco was running. They are well aware of how to work around the wireless tire sensors in the cars these days. Did not break any.

I can't say enough about this location! I've been a lifelong customer of Discount Tire and have always been satisfied and happy with my service, but the gentlemen at this location went SO FAR above and beyond anything they reasonably could have been expected to do for me - even stayed until nearly 8pm to do a FREE WARRANTY REPAIR. For the best customer experience of your life, go to this location. I drive in 16 miles from Queen Creek to this specific location and can't say how much I appreciate their attention to detail, kind and quick customer service, and thoughtfulness.
