Discount Tire Co. - San Tan

My husband and I have been going to Discount Tires for 10 years now. My mother also uses Discount Tires going on 7 years. L.J. is an employee with Discount Tires at the San Tan location in Gilbert, Az. Whenever he is transferred to another Discount store we follow him. He is fair, professional and really makes you feel like you are part of the Discount family. Now a days it's tough to find quality customer service but not with L.J. He provides the most incredible customer service I've ever received. It's good to know that some people still provide that good quality service. Trust me with the kids today it's tough to come by. Thank you Discount Tire and thanks a million L.J. We will continue to be a Discount Tire customer. The deals are good and the quality of work is excellent.

I've been coming to Discount Tire for many years. They seem to know their tires and the free rotations and pressure checks are great. Plus free flat repairs. Have yet to find anyone that can beat their prices too.

I have two cars. I bought a set of tires for my mini van last year because this place was close and the convenience is why I used them. The tires are now worn out and they say I need a new pair. That will cost me over $200 at their "warranty price". I guess I would rather pay a third as opposed to another full priced set, but I feel like it's meant to trap me into using Discount.

My boyfriend drives my other car and bought new tires from someone else and went here to have them mounted and balanced. He called me while he was waiting to tell me how much it was going to cost and I was shocked and asked him why he hadn't called Big O to at least compare pricing. He said this one was closer. I had him call just for future reference. It was less than half the price. He got his keys back and left. They are very pricy and I feel like they strive to make you a lifetime customer by circumstance, not quality service.

I was given a price on 2 trailer tires from one of the Discount stores. I called this Discount store because it was closer and was given a higher price for the same 2 tires ($20.00 more). After telling Jerry about the first price I had received he gave the tires to me at the firs price. They did good work but I think you should shop around before picking a tire shop.
