wrong tire

Had a flat, they couldnt fix it. So I had to purchase a new tire,which was free because I bought a warranty. Little did I know, I had to buy ANOTHER warranty for the new tire,so it was'nt really free. And.they put a smaller tire on. So lets hope nothing happens to the car, since they will not comp another tire to balance it out..very dissapointed....
