Took my Pfaff in for routine service, including noisy bobbin case. It took over 2 weeks, and when I got it home the bobbin was still hanging up and in addition, the feed dogs wouldn't raise/lower! Called them, they said the service "is under warranty" but that they can't take it in for at least a week. ARGH! It cost $119, the tech is supposed to be Pfaff-certified, but right now I am so frustrated I could bite! But I'll take it in next week and see what happens. By the way, the ladies who work there could not be nicer - I have no beef with them, just the technician/repair on my machine. Expensive, slow, and added a problem without fixing the old problem! I'll write back with the resolution once I see what happens....

I took my sewing machine here recently to have a routine tuning service. My machine is a basic machine with easy features. I brought it here because I thought it would be convenient and easy to pick up. I went to pick up my machine and it was not there and had been sent to another store. I had to come back a week later to find out they wanted to charge me close to $100 to tune my machine. My machine would be total $80 to tune other stores if not less. Will not go back!
